5. Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within the standard timeline communicated during purchase.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customization requirements, and courier availability.

- Phulhari Unifab is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Standard Products: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized Orders: No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed on custom-made uniforms unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations will not be accepted.
