Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
Once production or dispatch begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Returns and Exchanges
Standard products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Items must be returned with all tags, packaging, and invoices.
Customized or bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for approved returns or cancellations made within the allowed time.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
We will arrange replacement or refund depending on the case.
