At Phulhari Unifab, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

  • Once production or dispatch begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges
  • Standard products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned with all tags, packaging, and invoices.

  • Customized or bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds
  • Refunds are applicable only for approved returns or cancellations made within the allowed time.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

  • We will arrange replacement or refund depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
